The Snipe Shop has been selling items on eBay since January of 2005. We process all of our payments through PayPal, making it easy for you to do business with us!

Auction Terms Top

Bidding
All bids from the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states ONLY) will be accepted. We do NOT accept bids from Alaska, Hawaii, or any other US territories. International bids are also NOT accepted. Why is this our policy? It is because shipping fees can be VERY high, forms for customs take extensive time to complete, and we will NOT lie about whether an item is actually a "gift" or not. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but will only accept bids from the lower 48 states.

Pricing
We may use reserves when listing an item, but the reserve price will always be stated in the item description. In some cases we will start auctions near the price we would want to get for the item, instead of capping it with a reserve. An item is only worth as much as somebody will pay for it.

Transfer of Ownership
Transfer of ownership, on any item, is up to the sole discretion of the individual to complete. We will NOT assist in the transfer of ownership of any item, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Unfortunately, many times ownership cannot be transferred, due to the fact that the item may have had more than one previous owner.

Payment
Please contact us within 3 days after end of auction to make payment arrangements. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eChecks through PayPal ONLY. Unpaid items will be re-listed if payment arrangements have not been made within 3 business days of the auction's end. Colorado residents pay 2.9% sales tax. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

Feedback

SELLING:

When selling an item, we will leave feedback as soon as the transaction has been completed for both parties. If by some chance we didn't leave you feedback after the transaction has been completed, please let us know, and we will do so as soon as possible.

BUYING:

When Buying an item, we will leave feedback after the item has been received, and have had time to look it over.

NEGATIVE:

Please contact us before leaving negative feedback in our profile. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues you may have had with the purchase of your item.

We will always attempt to resolve an issue before having to leave negative feedback for someone. If payment is NOT received for an item, we WILL report the bidder for non-payment, and negative (neutral) feedback may be left in their feedback profile. We really hate to leave negative feedback for anybody, and will do everything we can to avoid it, but sometimes it is just inevitable.

Shipping & Handling Top

We will ship within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. We pre-determine the shipping costs on each item before the auctions. We base shipping on the furthest zone in the continental US (Lower 48) with more insurance than the item is worth, in case of any damage. We use FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Service), and USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping (depending on what is being shipped, but will always offer insurance). We are located in Zone 5, (Colorado Springs, CO). All items will be shipped to the address you have confirmed with PayPal. Faster shipping may be used upon request (additional fees will apply).
We will not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Packing Material
When it comes to packing, we like take as much precaution as we can to ensure that an item will not be damaged when it is shipped. We have bought many things on eBay, and some have had very poor packing. We do NOT want this to happen to you, and will do everything that we can to ensure the items safety during shipment. We use the following packing materials for all items that we ship: Styrofoam, bubble wrap, peanuts, popcorn, static bags, plastic bags, etc.

Local Pick-Up
Local Pick-Up is ONLY available to customers whose auctions meet, or exceed, $100 in shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Warranty Top

All sales are final, unless the item is DOA. In the case that the item is DOA, we will offer replacement or a full refund as long as the item was NOT damaged during shipment (in which case the carrier would be responsible (if you chose to purchase insurance)), or while being in your possession. If item is DOA, please save all packing material shipped with the item, take pictures of item and the packing material (if possible), and contact us immediately.
